Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Novalis Outdoor. We want to make our shipping process as clear and transparent as possible.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.


2. Shipping Origin & Delivery Estimates

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our fulfillment partners in China.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, most orders are delivered within approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the destination, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during busy periods or due to factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping to the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.


5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to become active after dispatch.


6. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may occasionally arrive in separate packages. This may happen when items are fulfilled by different partners.

There is no additional shipping cost for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.


7. Taxes, VAT & Import Duties

Depending on your destination country, orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, or customs duties imposed by local authorities.

These charges are not controlled or collected by Novalis Outdoor and are the responsibility of the recipient where applicable.


8. Delays

While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may happen due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak-season volume.
