Frequently Asked Questions
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, most orders arrive within approximately 7–15 business days. Tracking details are emailed after shipment and may take 2–5 business days to begin updating.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
We currently offer free standard shipping to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain. Rates for other available destinations are calculated at checkout.
3. Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@beadleaves.com within 12 hours of ordering. We will do our best to help before processing begins. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.
4. Are the DIY beaded plant kits beginner-friendly?
Yes. The kits are designed for beginners and do not require previous beading experience. Follow the steps at your own pace and adjust the arrangement to suit your style.
5. How long does one project take?
Most projects take approximately 30–60 minutes. Completion time varies by design and personal pace.
6. What is included in a DIY kit?
Contents vary by design. Kits generally include the beads and the main basket, base, wire, pins, chain, moss, or assembly components required for that product. Check the “What’s included” section on the individual product page for exact quantities.
7. Do I need to prepare any tools?
Yes. Please prepare a pair of scissors. Scissors are not included. No professional beading equipment is required.
8. Where can I find the video tutorial?

9. How many finished pieces does one kit make?
Each DIY kit is designed to make one finished piece, unless the product page states otherwise.
10. Are these finished plants or DIY materials?
We currently sell DIY material kits and bead refills, not pre-made finished plants. Product photos show the result you can create after assembling the kit.
11. Where can I display the finished project?
Depending on the design, it can be displayed near a sunny window, in a bedroom or craft corner, or inside a car. Faceted glass beads look especially bright in natural light.
12. Is the kit suitable for children?
The kits contain small parts and wire and are not suitable for children under 12. Ages 12 and above should craft with appropriate adult guidance.
13. Can I customize the design?
Yes. You can follow the suggested arrangement or adjust strand lengths, bead order, spacing, and shape to make the finished piece personal.
14. What should I do if I need help?
Review the video tutorial or email support@beadleaves.com with your order number and a photo of the step you are working on.
